I have lived here on the Mendocino Coast since 1987.
Born and raised in Malibu, I actually knew our broker,
Greg, since before I started school. I
am very connected with the north coast community.
I am fluent in Spanish
and have acted as a translator for Realtors in the
past. I learned there are few agents in our area
who are bilingual. This, coupled with a long-standing
interest in real estate persuaded me to obtain my
California Real Estate license.
A business-owner since 1993, I am highly visible
to the community as owner of a local hair salon,
Pelo Suelto (loose translation: "Let your hair
down"). I have a nine year-old daughter who
also helps me stay in touch with local parents and
teachers.
My specific area of interest is helping first-time
buyers and guiding Latinos through the intricacies
of buying and selling real estate.

Toni Luong
Toni is the head of our long-term property management
department. Toni has been in property management
for over a decade. She is highly organized and
has an impressive grasp of the skills required
of a good property manager. While she has lived
on the coast for only a couple of years, Toni has
a complete understanding of the nuances of this
field including senior housing and HUD Section
8 rules. She is a stickler for organization and
